Service Commitment Overview

How ProximityLink turns operational capability into clear, measurable customer commitments.

This page is not a service-level agreement. Signed customer terms control.

Evidence before commitment

Availability, support, maintenance, incident and recovery commitments should have clear scope, measurement, ownership and operational evidence before they are offered.

Precise language

A response objective means acknowledgement and coordinated action; it does not necessarily promise resolution in the same period. Dependencies and customer responsibilities should be described fairly.

Contractual control

Specific availability percentages, service credits, response targets or recovery objectives apply only when they are included in an executed customer agreement.
