Layered safeguards

Security is managed as an ongoing discipline. Controls are selected according to risk and reviewed as the service, threats and customer requirements evolve.

  • Sensitive information is protected in transit and at rest using appropriate platform controls.
  • Access begins with verified identities and is limited by role and authorised purpose.
  • Security checks form part of design, review, testing and controlled release.
  • Relevant administrative and security activity is recorded to support oversight and investigation.

Resilience and response

Protected backups, incident governance, vulnerability handling and recovery planning support prevention, detection, response and restoration. Detailed procedures and configurations remain restricted.

Shared responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their users, endpoint environments, operational procedures and decisions. Contractual security responsibilities are defined in the applicable agreement.
