Solace does not currently require an account or login. Most app data is stored locally on your device.
Location
The Find a Church feature may request your location so nearby church results can be shown. Solace does not use your location for advertising or tracking.
Independent app
Solace was created independently by one person, originally for my wife, with the aim of making scripture feel calm, accessible, and personal.
Privacy Policy
Solace is designed to be simple, calming, and respectful of your privacy. The app does not currently require an account and does not sell personal data.
Solace may store limited information locally on your device so the app can function properly. This may include saved passages, hidden passages, reading history, bookmarks, game progress, sleep settings, and other app preferences.
If you use the Find a Church feature, Solace may request access to your location. This is used to show nearby church results. Solace does not use your location for tracking or advertising.
Some features may rely on Apple services or external websites, such as Apple Maps or church websites. When you open external services, their own privacy policies may apply.
Solace does not currently include third-party advertising and does not sell personal information to advertisers.
